As co-founder of Tarsadia Hotels, Mike Patel has over 35 years’ of hands-on experience building and turning around under-performing hotels. As Tarsadia Hotels began diversifying its investments, Mike chose to make a commitment to the hospitality industry by forming a new company that would unleash the potential of his experienced development team by growing the company outside the Tarsadia portfolio. He partnered with Mont Williamson, a 28-year industry veteran whose experience and skill set both spans horizontally through many market sectors and vertically in development and contracting. Mont most recently launched T2 Development, LLC after serving 14 years leading Taisei Construction Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of the world’s largest developer and contractor.
T2 Development provides a turnkey hospitality solution including development,
investment and management services. Led by an experienced and award-winning
team, T2 Development has the expertise to develop a property as new build construction
or coordinate and implement an expansive, integrated renovation program; coordinate
investment partners and funding as needed; and provide the management services
that enable owners to reposition their properties into more profitable assets.
